SEMS--Special Events Medical Services offers professional on-site medics for any type of public or private event such as Corporate functions, Film Sets, Canada Day and Quebec's Fête Nationale festivities, sporting, and community events.

 

Our medics are qualified Paramedics, Emergency Medical Responders, First Responders and Nurses who are experienced and skilled in patient assessment, stabilization, treatment and preparation for transport to hospital.

 

We have all the necessary medical equipment and supplies available to deliver the highest quality of care on scene.

 

Our Medics are equipped with Automated External Defibrillators, Medical Oxygen, Trauma Kits, Patient Immobilization Equipment and epinephrine. 

 

For larger events we conduct our operations from a designated area where a First Aid tent is set up complete with banners and other signage for easy identification. Our team uses radio communications and medical mountain bikes for patrolling the grounds of the event. We also have access to an ambulance to allow privacy to our patients.  

 

We keep records by completing Patient Care Reports for all treatment provided as well as Run Sheets to record the nature of the calls.
